I have lost count of how many chickens and roosters we have on the farm, they come and go. We started to incubate our own as well. We have acquired several varieties of chickens Ameraucana, Rhode Island Reds, Black Sex links, Plymouth Barred Rock, Black Australorps, White Rocks and various bantams Elijah is in charge of the chickens around here mostly, so if you have any questions, just send him an e-mail or call us. I am just going to stick up some cute pics of them.
Eggs (for eating) are $6 a dozen, we can give you a variety of eggs, or let us know if you just want the brown eggs that come from the RIR. Hatching chicken eggs can be found on the eggs for sale page. The Ameraucana lay pink and blue eggs. Let us know if you want any for incubating, there is some cross breeding going on out there, due to we don’t cage our chickens, they are free to roam and eat up all of the ticks and grubs out of my garden, not to mention they do a great job fertilizing. Our chickens are true free range chickens, they go where they please during the day and come home before sundown. Breeders are pennd separately.
