What a fabulous addition Maggie has become. When she was born we registered her as a brown. After being shorn for the first time, she is definitely a gorgeous rose grey. It is like a kaleidoscope of the rarest shades raspberry fawns, frosted strawberry, rose and silver greys. You really have to see her in person to appreciate all of the colors she offers. Her fleece is super dense, soft and crimpy. We just bred her to our herdsire Logan, and we look forward to a Spring 2010 cria with all of the attributes her and Logan possess. |
Here are some before shearing and after shearing pictures. She is a bit camera shy and would rather be eating. |
